Below is the Annual Report for 2016. During the past year, WES has responded to continued changes in the health care industry. Several programs were consolidated to adjust to changing budgets. In addition, the agency began offering new services in New Jersey and has increased the services provided in Georgia. Of note was the addition of a Clinical Director to the staff, tasked with providing uniform clinical processes throughout the organization. WES' diverse leadership team continues to lead the organization through challenging financial periods. Despite these challenges, the agency's staff remains committed to the provision of high quality social and support services. Included in the Annual Report are highlights of WES' programmatic and clinical triumphs. The organization's internal standards continue to exceed all minimum requirements. Confident in our distinctive ability to adapt, WES will continue to respond to changes in the health care environment, brought on by administrative and budgetary changes at both the federal and state levels.
