Everyone who desires it deserves to be afforded every opportunity to have access to their community, be fully integrated into the life of their community, and to make contribution to their community. For individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, however, having these opportunities is sometimes easier said than done. Committed to ensuring individuals with ID/DD have opportunities to live, work, and play in their communities, as all citizens are entitled, WES Health Centers ID/DD Divisions provide services that promote the development of social capital, job skills for employment, employment support, and community participation.
Array of services includes: Vocational Habilitation Program, Supported Employment Services, Home and Community Services (PA); Supported Employment, Community Access, Adult Day Program Without Walls (GA)
